Nepal Trade Union Congress Organized the two day Organization Development workshop in Nepalgunj, Banke at bhadra 3 and 4. The workshop was supported by FES. Mid-western Region representatives welcomed the representatives from the Mid-western affiliated union and district leaders. President Khilanath Dahal explained about the importance of the workshop and some relevant issues and situation in the organization. Senior Vice president Mr. Ramjee Kunwar also mentioned about the workshop and stressed concern to take the session seriously. Vice president Ganesh Niraula mentioned about the constitution revision and the vote towards its amendment and improvement. General secretary also told that this is an important event, so very conscious towards the session. Similarly, Treasurer Yogendra kunwar set the norms and values to be conducted in the two day workshop. conclusively, the program concluded with the following agendas:

• Cases such as Social security law, National labor Department, labor law and labor related which was raised by NTUC must be brought into action through out the country.
• Data online base must be introduce and implement accordingly.
• Dues must be collected from the district in routinely basis.
• According to the country's structure, NTUC structure must be brought into change. hence the constitution must be revised.
• Coordination must be maintain among the affiliate union and district body.
• In the networking of new organization, the possible areas must be identify and establish henceforth.
• Request for the Registration of the welfare and renewal Process of the organization.
• Programs must be conducted in order to strengthen the financial body and make it as an independent one.
• Various department must be developed accordingly
